Training Program
Certification
Requirements

Complete the 12-week Mind, Body, Spirit Self-Empowerment
Program (MBS) as a student.

Audit at least 9 of 12 MBS classes taught by
another facilitator & maintain field notes
from your observations.

Attend three facilitator training sessions,
normally 3 one-day long sessions held on weekends.

Complete a comprehensive examination for provisional
acceptance. Examination is part oral and part
written, part essay and part question and answer.

Facilitate a 6-week MBS program for free (ten-fold)
or by donation under the supervision of a Certified
Facilitator. If donations are collected, they
will be split three ways between facilitator,
the supervising facilitator, and ADMBP.

Supervisor will then recommend full certification
to ADMBP headquarters.

Upon certification approval, new facilitator
can now teach MBS program on a fee split with
ADMBP.
Upon
Certification, Facilitator must maintain the following
requirements:

Continuing Education Requirements

Each year, facilitator must attend at least
one regional conference or annual conference
to continue improving facilitation skills.

Service Project

Each year, Facilitator must offer at least one
MBS program to the community as a ten-fold project.
This project can be a 6-week MBS program, a
3-part class at a community college, a tape
series, or develop and pilot a course that holds
a special interest to you.

Regular Reporting

File regular reports to ADMBP headquarters regarding
the classes held, providing student registration
information, all pre and post evaluations, and
letters of testimony.
**For students who complete the program through
correspondence, different steps will apply.
